Summer Seafood Noodles with Garlic Chives

Using great flavours from the sea, a quick & easy lunch or supper with a garlic chive twist. 

Serves 2-3 people
Prep time 10-15minutes
Cooking time 15-20minutes.
  • 2 cloves garlic, crushed
  • 100g butter
  • 30ml white wine
  • 300ml water
  • 350g noodles  
  • Juice and rind of 1 lemon
  • 250g fresh prawns
  • 150g mussels, in the shell, cleaned and scrubbed
  • 150g clams in the shell, cleaned and scrubbed
  • 1 teaspoon chilli flakes
  • Salt & pepper for seasoning.
